Open Lesson in National Assembly

On February 27, within the framework of the Open Doors programme the RA NA deputy Ruzanna Muradyan met with the director, teachers and pupils of Yerevan School N 134 Basic School.

Welcoming the guests in the National Assembly, Ruzanna Muradyan presented the structure of the parliament, familiarized them the legislative activities and the debate procedure of the bills.

Talking about the draft laws being debated in the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, he has underlined that the creation of the internationally competitive higher educational system is one of the strategic prior directions adopted by Armenia.

The pupils addressed questions concerning them to Ruzanna Muradyan which particularly related to a number of amendments to the education in the basic and senior schools.

Ruzanna Muradyan touched the legislative reforms being made within the framework of Bologna process, the effective education system management, the integration of the international educational territory and the provision of correspondence to the labour market.

The MP advised the pupils to study well and aspire to become professional specialists.
